Digital image technology and High-Definition are wrapped together in the newest Florida Tile’s series: Legend. While our showroom has seen many slate looking tile, none are as exciting as the new Legend series. 
The first thing I noticed about Legend was the amazing, most realistic images and color variation. Most porcelain slate look-alikes have two to three color variations or they are very uniform in color, however the Legend is an earthy mix of colors, each highlighting a specific color range.
Olympic is the most subtle color of the series with its low range of beiges. This tile is perfect for the spa-oasis feel. Titan resembles the gray variation of Autumn slate which would be fantastic on a patio.
The green-gold of California slate is beautifully recreated in Apollo and Magna is a rich mixture of reds, blues and blacks that resembles Peacock Slate. This high definition porcelain utilizes 150 variations of color and digital technology allows 500 injectors to print with greater variety and less repetition allowing for greater pattern variation to create a truly natural looking slate tile.
Legend is available in 6x6, 12x12, 18x18, 12x24 rectified, 24x24 natural and rectified. Florida has gone all the way by also offering 2x2, cove-base and a stunning relief mosaic. With this arrangement of sizes and shapes you can create both contemporary and traditional designs.
